Booking a major artist involves several steps — from making a formal offer to managing production on the day of show. ECE National guides you through every phase, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
Contact your experienced ECE Producer to discuss your event date, budget, venue, vision, and expectations. With your ECE agent, you’ll identify your top artist preferences and then proceed with a formal written offer on your behalf to the artist’s team.
The artist can accept, counter, or decline the offer. If the offer is accepted, ECE coordinates contracts, deposits, and production details to move your event into the planning stage.
Typically, a deposit is required within two weeks of receiving the contract, and amounts may vary. Your ECE agent will walk you through the payment timeline and ensure all financial terms are clear upfront.
Artists provide a rider that outlines technical, staging, and hospitality needs. ECE helps you review these requirements and connects you with local production teams to make sure everything is covered. Depending on the size of your event, you may need stagehands, security, runners, or other staff. ECE assists you in identifying what’s needed and helps coordinate logistics, so nothing is overlooked.
“Advancing” refers to finalizing details directly with the artist’s tour manager – confirming schedules, travel, production, and hospitality. ECE manages this step to make sure everyone is aligned well before the event.
On show day, ECE (or your designated production lead) oversees the full timeline—load-in, sound check, hospitality, performance, and load-out. We also ensure all contracts are executed and final payments are completed.
